The Honey Baked Ham Company

I only like to spend money on things I can't make myself, so in saying that the restaurant side of this business let me down. The sandwiches were very basic tasting, and even had a tiny amount of their special ham inside. Lame! Fresh ingredients but I definitely could have made it myself at home. Potato salad had no flavor, and was actually bad. Staff was very friendly and place was clean. I'd come back to grab a sandwich if I was on the run and needed lunch.

Very frustrating customer service, I called and asked to confirm our very large order as we have over 50 family's counting on us to provide food on Thanksgiving. When I called and asked to confirm the order, she immediately told me it was good to go. She didn't have any information from me to actually even know who I was and what my order was. I was even calling from a different number. When confronted she said that "all online orders are confirmed". This may be the case but as a customer a simple check would have put my mind at ease. Very unimpressed with the service.

The entire staff at Honeybaked are kind, prompt, and always joyous 😊! I try to pick up deli sandwiches and potato salad about twice a week. Their quality is awesome!

Really nicely packaged and delicious. Nothing says the holidays at home like honeybaked hams. Speedy delivery and they took extra care it was kept at a safe temperature.

Purchased a preordered prepaid 10 lbs bone in ham. Pickup was first rate, friendly staff unfortunately the ham was average. Not the expected quality for a Honey Baked ham. Disappointing.
